3. Accounts Creators may register directly. Management companies are onboarded by TalentLoom after review. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity on your account.

4. Creator content and analytics You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant TalentLoom a limited license to host and display it according to your privacy settings. Analytics you enter are labelled self-reported unless TalentLoom staff or an official platform connection verifies them. You must not submit false or misleading information.

5. Management companies Companies must follow the Management Company Standards, respect outreach limits, and only use creator data for evaluating representation. TalentLoom does not guarantee any representation outcome.

6. Fees Creators are never required to pay to receive or respond to a legitimate representation inquiry. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. [Refund policy.]

8. Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings.
